Ours had the same symptoms - fuel pump diagram...

Ours had the same symptoms - fuel pump diagram kit sorted it.

If pumping the fuel primer when under load stops the bogging down it's probably the fuel pump.

I've had them in a cupboard for about 3 years, charged them end of August this year, stored them off and they still show 100%...
