Ribcraft DF50A stolen last night

The Ribcraft 4.8m RIB used as a rescue boat by Llanfairfechan Sailing Club, was stolen from the club boat park on Llanfairfechan Promenade last night.

How should I repair this please?

When cleaning my RIB I noticed a chip in the base of the transom, right on the edge where it meets the underside of the hull.

I picked the loose bits out leaving the hole as shown in the photo....

My extension fits to the tiller with a sort of split tube that clamps onto the rubber grip for its whole length....
