what would be best to remove the bond on top to see if there are fixings underneath?

Not sure on the make as I don't have a data plate...

Not sure on the make as I don't have a data plate it has SMC 600 on the side of it if that makes any sense,
It looks like the flange of the consol is bonded down. How can I find out? Investigate...
