apply a salt flush with saltoff or vinegar.
this is an stupid etec bug

1300 hours for an evinrude etec is just a running in period for. if it is used with and good fuel filter do dont need to worry about engine hours.

when the engine moved two hole up and av plate alignment match to the keel, with an 13.25X19 alu prop wot speed jumps to 41...
