I just took ownership of a Willard 7M that came with a kicker mount (and swim platform) installed from the previous owner. Its just a rather thick aluminum welded setup. Nothing fancy.

Willard 7M into a shipping container
Has anyone had luck squeezing a Willard 7m (or similar) into a standard sized shipping container without fully removing the sponsons? (just deflated).
