Honda neutral lever wanted

The lever cracked at the neck when I pulled it back, anyone know how to get another one.

Honda throttle neutral lever

Hi, does anyone have the neutral lever that's in the throttle control handle.
Mine has cracked at the bend and now I can't get throttle out of neutral, I have pictures of it.

Code of practice, open Rescue boats <15mtrs

Does anyone have the code of practice for open rescue boats of less than 15 metres in length (Newer than 2007 edition)
I'm lead to believe its had a few amendments in the last 6 years.
