Can you advice a radar dome for the rib?

has anyone installed a radar dome on a A-Frame?

Plenty of people have :)

You need to think about the weight and whether your frame can cope, search for dr doof on that topic.

And height, if the radiation is close to head level then look at broadband radar.

Yup, mine is old style "fry your brains" type on a custom 2" tube "A" frame. Works a treat. The new type Broadband or HD Digital are even better. Height is everything with radar.
