Sheldon, I recently purchased an FC530 and have some questions regarding the I/C valves. Your pictures on the FC470 restoration project are very helpful. I would like to take one of my valves apart but I read somewhere that at one point in the disassembly, something, a pin of some sort can fall into the tube. Also there is mention of a circlip, are you aware of these? At what point in the disassembly would I see these? I really only want to remove the brass tube and grease it.
Any help,would be appreciated.
