I am on the lookout for a twin diesel rib in the range 8.5m to 11m.

DDZ marine in Largs have an 11m ribtec cabin rib which is cheaper and might be ripe for a bid as it's been there a while

I presume you are aware of the 11m used boats at Redbay? Budgets seem to be around the 50k mark.
