2 Ways are for when you put crew on another vessel you can keep in contact with them!
Chances of transmitting on two VHF's at the same time is slim!
Only need two hands for that!

Let me give you another reality check on a "similiar" spec rib that I sold a couple of years ago.
4 year old well used 5m Humber with full B+W electronics, no radar, one VHF, one 14 year old 2S motor that did 1lt mile, a single hoop frame and PTT.
This sold for £6.5k two years ago and the guy both thought he got and did get a bargain.
I think you might get no electronics, no radar, maybe a VHF, an old single motor and a fairly old hull for your sort of cash.
I laughed when you dropped the price to 3k cos you were told you wouldn't get what you wanted for 4k!

I've hit my feet finaly and decided ages ago that I want a twin engine rib, but I ain't gonna get it! I know that you'r not going to get a rib with more than one radio for 4k! I don't want a radar, no point on a rib! I do want PTT and GPS and 2 or 4 stroke engine, Humber, Searider or any other good Rib, not bothered with make really! Needs to have a good consol for many electrics!

Many electrics?

Are you still bothered what it looks like?
Hand held gps is cheaper than a fixed and does the same job.
Do you still want to do crew transfer and rescue work or do you just what to have a wang about?

I know it'd be nice to use it for the above but don't you need the appropriate tickets?

Nah not really! Cause its not commercial! Or official jobs or that! As long as its in gd condition its fine! GPS that does everything would be gd! And then three radios! with handhelds somewhere!
