Hello. Im looking to get my hands on an ex d class. Does anyone have one willing to sell?

I did email and got this reply,

"The older D Class boat component parts are recycled into the new boats e.g. composite floor, console and boat equipment so this doesn't leave an ex service boat for sale. This does however, represent a large cost saving for the RNLI.

We do sell All-weather Lifeboats the Tyne and Mersey Classes are currently for sale at £85,000 each.

They pop up on eBay, not that rare.

However, the one below was one of the best I've seen and was bid (reserve not met) for absolute peanuts with the engine and all the gear:

Turns out this didn't sell in the end and now she belongs to me. It's in brilliant condition!
