give him a pm, nowt to loose by asking n everyone knows there has to be a compromise, he's a good mate of our's you can always use the scaffolding A frame as a bargaining point (it's not scaffolding really, it's a really well made self righting A frame, but with it removed and a nice stainless A frame it would transform the rib, but don't tell him I said so )
