Seen a few rigged with 25’s and 30’s. Moves along ok with a couple people on board but not so much fully loaded.

It will be very sluggish with 25hp on the back. I used to have the same boat with a Yamaha model 40V (2-stroke) and used to run 2-up with 50 litres of fuel. Perfect power to weight ratio. I was looking for a Yamaha 50G but gave up. Would be easier finding rocking horse poo!

Incidentally, it's a long shaft outboard you need too.
