French based Rigid inflatable boat (RIB) expert, Zodiac Milpro Group, has been acquired by American investment company, Oaktree Capital, in a move that promises to give the company a more secure future in the industry.

Was this in the last few days? I recall another post about Zodiac being acquired by a Southern California group a couple of months ago.
