Worth repairing a RIB where tubes coming away from hull?

I have seen a Searider 5.4 for sale (going fairly cheap as will become apparent), but having looked at it, while the outside of the tubes seem well sealed/ taped to hull, the insides are coming away from the hull.

I have a Searider 4 already, hence the attraction (that and I cant find a sensibly priced and sized boat in Jersey!), but is this likely to end badly?

I see lots saying Hypalon 2 part glues are incredible, and I think its a good boat hull wise, but I don't know its its good money after bad?

I appreciate that its work to do, but Im OK with getting involved (Im also into rallying, so you have to be!)
