Winter workshop

Having just spent 2 days with ribshine and polish it was a bit silly to leave her outside in the rain so we put this up and now have a reasonably dry work space .

On a separate note I have several fluorescent light fittings that I am happy to swap for wine beer etc need to shift about 50. Not the ones in the picture but simple metal ones.

Good luck with the tent , my last effort decided despite my best efforts to go airborne then collapse in a tangle of twisted metal/sheet !!
This has forced me to construct a semi permanent galvanised sheet lean-to that defra have spotted via satellite & docked some of my farm payment on my 5 acres !!
Oh the joys of boat ownership! Nice looking outfit.

I use cheap and nasty 10x4 e-bay party tents. £380. Throw it away after 2 winters. Now on my second one. With the sides down, they are surprisingly good at keeping rain and snow off and allow a lot of light in.

You may get your rib in a 3 meter wide tent, but you will struggle to be able to get round it, if you are planning to do any work. 4 metres is a pretty good width.
Not in the same league as Lurcher of course, you could have a party in there and still be able to work on the rib. That picture doesn't really show just how big Skye Hound is.

Marquee

Its a 6mx9m marquee would set you back about £4k second hand! We anchor them down with 1m stakes which can be fun to extract.
We do these tents up to 15 m wide and indefinite length.
Chris I'm sure your tent needs lights.

Pm me some sizes & prices, I could use some more in the workshops (and the tent).

The really cheap ones aren't, we bought some Gala tents for our village fete, they've had a fair bit of use around the local area and been blown across Midhurst in a storm but still look pretty respectable. Gala Marquees – Marquee Tents, Instant Gazebos, Tables and Chairs
