Who did i see on the River Hamble yesterday?

I was on the Hamble River in my Avon Searider 4m, I saw a 7m (ish) Yellow RIB, ( sorry new to this game, dont know what one it was) moored up. With twin outboards,

I was going to stop and say hi, but i had not a clue who it was.

If it was anyone on this forums, Sorry i did not stop and say Hello.
