Where can I get this image full resolution?

Hi all, bit of an unusual request, but I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get a full resolution of this image: http://www.riverbills.com/pic_of_the...boat_crash.JPG

Thanks

I suspect only by having the original photograph and re-scanning it.

I am not sure if the original photo would have much more resolution, if you did manage to track it down and re-scan it then all you would see is graininess.

RIBase
Definately need the original picture, however it can be tweaked in Photoshop by adjusting the levels and then resharpening.

What size would you need it? I might be able to up scale it trying different software and algothrithms.

Thanks guys. JSP, it is to go on a leaflet promoting safety awareness. We thought it was a good eyecatching image and will get people's attention.

It doesn't have to be huge but good enough to fill half of a DL size leaflet (I think its DL size, you know the long thin standard leaflets?)

Thank

DL is an envelope size for an A4 sheet folded in three - standard letter style. I think your image as it is is near enough - but play around using something like Irfanview (Image - Resize/Resample) and see if you can improve on what you've got. (It can be set to sharpen the image as the size is changed.)

But I think for standard printing that image would come out OK as it is on the format you want

And of course make sure that you have any necessary permission to use the photo if it is someone else's

I plunked it into Tineye and it found it in a few other spots. This site has it at about double the resolution of the one you have...

You have to scroll through several images of semi-naked young ladies before you get to it... You have been warned!

I thought you might, It's unfortunate that you had to endure those other images getting to it. Terribly sorry about causing you distress...
