Wheel House

Hi!


Question :

I have Max sea 3D and i have to run it on a computer. do you think it is possible to run a computer in a rib console with water proof screen and key pad
if some body has already use a computer in a rib; i would really appreciate the advice and want have to lok for a wheel house

if it is not possible where to find a wheel house small 1meter by1.4 approximately to fit on my valiant patrol 850? ANybody would know where i can buy these article

I don't think you'll find a computer that's up to the job without looking at military grade robustness. Even then, airborne saltwater will get in there somehow. A base unit with solid state storage (rather than disk drive) might help but don't expect any guarantee. Waterproof displays tend to be pricey as well.

Probably cheaper to buy the wheelhouse or get a chartplotter

If you want an in-between option, you can transfer waypoints and routes to/from Maxsea with a Garmin SD card.

I really want to use that software cause i have access with it to the normal map ,sedimentology map, aerials photos of the coast and a very pre
cise map of the wrecks, and i can overlay one over each other
As a professional fishing Guide, it is very important to have access to these informations i hope i'll fin a solution
