I've always understood it was loose 1/3rd of the total (which fits with Willks rule of thumb). But then 9d280 will be along to point out that the gearbox on those 90s is quite narrow and the drag rules will not apply (search to see his previous posts!).

I'd have thought speed was similar to a standard Pac22 (140 HP version, tops out mid 20's?). But obviously the fuel bill might not be so good. A wheelhouse might be a nice feature in the North Sea.

And also that those 2 stroke yams have far more torquey grunt than an equivalent 4 stroke
