What’s out there around 5-6 meters?
I have a friend looking a decent 5M Rib, he has £5-£10k to spend.
Would need to be top notch as only today he has had a poor experience....
He purchased a 4.9m Valiant, got it home and the engine packed in. Thankfully he got his money back.
He is in Northern Ireland but willing to travel for the right boat.
The internet really isn’t his thing, hence me posting on his behalf.

What’s out there???

This was listed today - hell of a boat, I had the 4.7m version. I'd want it a bit cheaper though!

has been on a few times over the last year that searider looks nice but maybe a little expensive.

It is a little expensive, and to be fair he would prefer a more (polished) looking vessel, he wouldn’t be just as keen to venture out in much over a slight swell as we would!

He had a 4.5 Humber a few years ago and loved it, so it’s something he may be interested in, find out a little more, maybe a few pics etc and get back to me, Cheers, Tim.

That’s a tidy looking Rib!
Something like that would probably suit me more when I’m ready to change though.
This guy just wants something ready to go, I know for a fact he will be looking for another 2 double jockey seats, an engine and screen on that yoke!
And I doubt all that will come in under budget. I’ll show him later anyway, thanks for getting back to me[emoji106]

He’s not mechanically minded, nor will he intentionally be out in big seas, he’s looking something ready to go, to use for his family to do a little island hopping
