Can anyone advise nearest fuel pontoon selling petrol to Weymouth/Portland? I understand that there is no such thing in Weymouth...

Have you tried Quay Side fuel. They sell petrol.

But the marina do supply a nice supermarket trolley to push your cans to the nearest petrol station (abour 20 mins away)
