Weed and barnacle removal

Any tips to get weed and barnacles off of RIB tubes? Not really looking forward to scraping it all off so I was just wondering if anyone knew of a good product that would help to shift them more easily?

Thanks!

That Fairy Power Spray is brilliant at cleaning boats. Does anyone know whether it would be safe to use on on crockery and cutlery?
