No one over 30 could physically enjoy that. It looks great fun, but after 30 you just don't bounce like you did before. You actually get injuries and take months to recover. I feel old

Great to watch though.

Nope. No way, not ever. Just one or two days over 30 , still love to try that. Seem to have mis-laid the crash helmet though

Boll*cks I was in my prime in my 30s and played rugby until I was 46. You start to feel all the above when you hit your 40s and when you hit your 50s ....well it gets worse

Join a fitness club HP.... or you will get old before your time.

I played rugby, football and squash for years, never more than a bruise, cut, broken nose (!) or cramp. Since 30, two severely torn ligaments that took 6 months to recover from. Bad knees and tennis elbow. it's not fitness.

I raced a Thundercat in Portugal well into my 40's and that was a while ago now! No speed limit near the beach in winter then?

No speed limit luckily! Theres usually a 10knt limit though.

Had some council like looking guys come over and talk to us when we were beached saying someone had complained about us cause we were being too "dangerous" But they said theyd been watching us for a few hours in their office and only came over to make it look like they were doing something about the complaint!

Just watched your video again Luke so cool. I like how the person filming when they see you coming directly towards them jumps up ready to dodge your high speed Normandy landing! quality
