Before I go and spend £30 on ebay does anyone have a pair of hand rails floating around they'd like to sell on?

I wasn't implying you should order from the US, just that these things aren't exactly rare, and should be cheaper than 30 pounds. I'd start looking online at marine supply places, or at your local chandlers.

Over here anything shiney seems to cost more than it does West of the pond - I've looked at £30 for the pair is the best I can find.
