There is a post here that mentions them. I don't know if any of the posters are still active.

Victoria Marine

Victoria Marine did indeed build about 15 RIB’s for an MOD contract that they successfully bid for in about 1991/2
The company was owned by Peter Gregory, and were based in Warsash, and were well known for building sailing yachts, amongst which were the Victoria 30 and 34, and also the Frances range.
Traditionally, Halmatic had always built the Pacific/ Arctic range of Ribs for the MOD, and when a tender came out for the next contract, Peter decided to make a bid. He approached me, as I had recently purchased Henshaw Inflatables and he wanted to see if we could make a better priced collar to the ones made by FPT the traditional supplier over many years. Cut a long story short, he won the bid and we were the supplier for the majority of the collars. They were not considered for future contracts, as there were issues on the electrics and the decks. However we became the preferred supplier for all future MOD orders for the next 15 years.
Victoria Marine ceased trading sometime in the late 90’s I think
