VHF licence for my boat

I need to register my VHF so I will be legal when I use the radio get my MMSI number for the DSC bit. Anyone know of an online form I can fill in or where I can get one?

BTW Nice site. Good job you have a 7.5m boat with all that equipment
Trouble is, most of it is important, better get some jockey seats with storage then and some more equipment from work
