Vetus Hatch

Anyone recognise or know the model name of this Vetus hatch?

I brought 4 broken ones of ebay, the Vendor turned out to be Ben of Bens Boats at Emsworth Yacht Harbour who's a member on here.

Anyway, I've taken them all to bits and made one really good one, well it will be when I've taken it to bits again and cleaned it up properly.

All I need to make up two more good ones is four hinges, but the Vetus websight only lists spare hinges for it's current models.

Might have to sell this first one to pay for the four hinges, but I only need two for the project I'm working on.
May even be able to Ebay the various good parts I'll have left over afterwards.

Somebody must know something about these hatches.

Vetus are completely unwilling to help by email and by phone.

I’ve built one up completely now and have got the other frames almost straight, but need hinges to go any further.

I suppose all I can do is add the hinges to the list for Beaulieu later this month.

I suspect you have, but, have you tried talking to Vitesse marine who are near you - some knowledgeable chap there may be able to help?

Looks like a Vetus Libero hatch to me? What are the dimensions of the cut out required?

Is it 450mm by 320mm by any chance? Might be a LIB3255 (if radius is 55mm)?

Unfortunately the hinges on the Libero range are completely different, although the size is about right.
