Valiant D-300

Hi
A 3m rib is all that will fit in my garage and i have been offered a Valiant D-300 with a 15hp four stroke suzuki, are valiant as good a brand as i am lead to believe? any info or advice would be appreciated. Have you owned one of these and if so was it any good in slight to moderate swell?

I have a 5.2M Valiant at the moment its great! before that i had a Valiant 3.80 with a 25hp one, cant fault either of them!!

I see the Dynamic serie (d300, d340, d380) this way:

Positive:
-quite fast with not much horsepower
-tube (pvc) quality is ok

Negative:
-not a flat deck inside, single floor
-transom strength isn't very good, especially when you wave-jump alot

I would say nice boat, lot of fun with a 15hp engine.

Yes i would agree with you, my 3.80 transom started to crack either side so I got it filled in by a boat builder
