Tuff Coat Paint for Rib Boat, is it Good or Bad

Wanting to paint just the underside of my tubes on my 2007 Novurania Hypalon rib, the bottom side of tubes and fiberglass hull have some deep scratches but the top side is almost new looking..

What I need to know is this a long term paint, don't want something that will be peeling or flaking in a couple of years, or is there another paint product that is better than Tuff Coat that will last a long time.

No, it's not flash. It's a limited colour, arduous application that wears off and scratches up very easily......compared with other very easy to use, versatile and very durable alternatives.

I've been spraying collars for 3 years after lots of testing on different materials. Tuff Coat sprang on the scene and then disappeared as quickly.

So than is there a product that you recommend or not, I was thinking of adding a second layer hypalon to bottom of tubes but thought the paint would be easier fix.

We used to use a NZ product called Hypershield but have ended up improving it and developing our own flexible coating system complete with full range of tints and have had excellent long term results for over 3 years now.

Hypershield is available in the UK and we are looking at the possibility of a dealer for our product as well.....if you know anyone.

Marineware UK stock Hypershield or MarineShield - exact same product rebadged.
