Trip down the Nile

I heard a news story about 3 zapcats travelling the length of the Nile later this year ... anybody know more info?

Only what I heard on TV today Andy, seems quite interesting though. Did you see all that gear onboard that was cable tied down? Is being launched at the LBS tomorrow, so I guess there'll be more to come. Trip is due in Sep, I think. They'll need some RIBnet burgees.......

Sounds interesting. I remember reading an account of Ranulph Fiennes (whose done some remarkable SIB expeditions) doing the length of the Nile with hovercrafts circa 1970 (ish).
