Transom height

Hi everyone I have purchased a Osprey viper hull but some one has cut out the transom to a lower height
Can some tell me what the correct height should be and the correct width of the standard cut out please

Assuming its meant to be longshaft then it should measure about 21" from bottom of hull to top of transom
