Training Courses in Dartmouth

Could use some recommendations...

I've been mucking about in boats - sail & power since a nipper (puppy?) but have no formal powerboat qualification. My wife is new to the water in any craft.

I reckon it would be a good idea to take my level 2 + radio licence, and Mrs Terrier should take her level 1.

Can anyone recommend at decent organisation in Dartmouth / Torbay. I know there are several schools but don't know how good anyt of them are. I'd be glad of people's expertise / experiences

Many thanks

LT

Speak to Torbay and Dartmouth Sea School.

http://www.powerboat-instruction.co.uk/

I have heard they have a top notch reputation - Neil I've never heard about, but David Hickman has a very good reputation, and I'm sure he wouldn't have merged with someone incompetent!

Failing that, and if you fancy a weekend away, plenty of people could help you in the Solent!
