Here my top 5

- plenty of rope for anchor and mooring, guess about 100 m
- 7 kg anchor and chain
- handheld vhf
- paper charts as backup
- equipment bag(contains various tools, flares, torch, sea anchor)

Kind of more than 5 but these will alway be onboard when at sea

Aside from Boat related equipment (anchors ,Flares, towing lines, fenders, engine oil, hydraulic fluid, coolant for inboard diesel etc)
My personal equipment is:
Gerber serrated round tipped safety knife
Good quality LED torch
Drybag containing lots of extra clothing.
2 good size first aid kits
Large fire extinguisher
Permanent marker and waterproof paper
Comprehensive toolkit.

The advantage of a Pac 22 is that it has a lot of underdeck storage space, so lots of room to stash stuff

Gloves
I wouldn't be without a pair of water-proof or spray-proof gloves, especially for handling anchor lines and things.

Dry bag
I've missed mine since smashing the buckle by running over it with the boat on its trolley . Maybe not as useful on bigger RIBs with proper storage space...

The rest of my top five would probably overlap with others' lists: knife;
first aid kit; tools; PLB if I weren't always surrounded by dinghies and other safety boats; ropes of various sizes (for everything from improvised sunglasses straps and jury-rigging shackles to tow rope or anchor rope extensions).

And, of course, sandwiches and a flask of coffee!

Lots more than 5 but if I didn't have any of the 5 top ones I'd seriously consider setting off - that's why chinograph is in at 6!

Knife
HH VHF
Spare Kill cord
Sunglasses
Foul weather gear - you never know when it's going to turn
Chinograph pencil - console is great thing to jot things on
OK that's 6

What I'd call normal permanent kit:
Anchors,
warps & lines
Flares & gloves
1st aid kit
Fire extinguisher
Foghorn
Footpump
water / food
Sea anchor
boathook
paddles
Toolkit
Gaffer tape
handbearing compass
