Tayvallich advice please

I have booked a house in Tayvallich for the last week in May this year.

I intend on towing the rib up and was hoping to launch using the slip in the village and leave the boat on the pontoon for the week.

Is the slip suitable for launching a 6.5mt rib?

The house has ample parking so parking the trailer up for the week is not a problem.

Thanks

Yes no problem launching your rib. Pontoon ok but please pay and Mark your envelope clearly. Which house have you rented? Anything else you want to know please ask. J

Thanks Jambo

We've rented Auchenbeag

When we were up at ERR last year we stayed up for the week and Tayvallich was one of the places we visited for the day. The sun was out and we had a great lunch at the pub. I'd seen the slip but hadn't payed too much attention.

Can't wait to come up again.

Tayvallich advice please

No problem Dave you'll be okay at Auchenbeg. I maybe up at that time so I will look out for you. Remember your fuel has to carried from Lochgilphead. If you need any other info don't hesitate to pm me. Only other piece of advice is please watch where you park your car when out in rib as indiscriminate parking has caused problems recently. Hope the WX is good for you as there's no where better for cruising plenty of places to go. You can also anchor on the Carsaig side which saves you time if going north. J

Thanks for the advice.

Hopefully catch up in person if you're about.
