T1 what is it?

I have just been looking on AIS
and have seen a craft going east and west in the solent. It got up to 37 knots and came out of hythe.
This is the only information AIS has about it.
I was wondering if anyone knew what it is, it should be easy to spot.

What an interesting site, bookmarked that one. I never knew the lanes were that busy.

No idea about your vessel though. Some of the boats are flying along.

Thanks, You may have worked this out.
If you click on a vessel, you get a box with vessel info and maybe a picture, also there is a link for "show vessels track" and if you hover your cursor over one of the triangles in the track, it will show you the speed and time at that point.

T1, must be some sort of test boat. Its back and forth etc and with that name, they may be trialling it. What boat builders are in hythe? i dont know the area.
