Swim Ladder help

Good afternoon all,
I'm hoping someone will be able to help identify the swim ladder in this photo.

I've just purchased a Cobra 7.5m rib and need a swim ladder. I like the top and bottom mounts of the one in the photo but I can't find it (or one like it) anywhere. Cobra say they can supply one but would like me to part with £450 !

Any help would be much appreciated.

The hunt goes on...... Any other ideas on manufacture ? All suggestions appreciated.

Cheers but they don't do anything that will fit with the overhang. I may have to invest in a new one.
