Swanage Area

I have found one slip way in Swanage (in the centre of town by fish shops)

But is there a real easy slipway nearby (I am new to launching)

Go around to near the Lifeboat Station.
You need to go through the main car parking above the pier.
Quite a steep slope but a wide slipway unlike the one by the Fish and Chip Shops and Heritage Centre.

Quite expensive though as you have to pay to launch, park the trailer off the vehicle and pay for the car parking.

Regards,

Orve.

Yes, providing you can reverse 30m down a hill, should be no problems, but park in the car park and have a walk down to the slip first, also watch out for rocks on the slip at low water after stormy weather.. Small jetty next to the slip to tie your rib up whilst you sort the trailer and car out, take some fenders.
