Stainless Hinge

I'm after a two very specific Stainless hinges that are unequal in length, one side is 40mm and other is 80mm. These hinges will have studs welded on the back to give a clean, highly polished look from the front.

I've surfed every site I can find and read every thread relating to hinges on the forum but can't find anything.

Is there anything off the shelf or do they need custom making?

Please guys, some help?

This is the general shape I'm looking for:

May help you

Wrong side of the pond , but they do ship International and their charges are quite reasonable. Item D seems to be what you are looking for.

I seriouslyy doubt you will find hinges with studs. I thought from your post that you were going to weld them in. You could have someone weld c'sink screws in and dress/polish them off. Would probably cost more than the hinges. How about using c'sink, fillister hd. allen screws. Stainless of course. Would look good!!!!

Andy,
If you find you have to modify hinges like the one you originally posted, make sure they are actually stainless. I've found some that were sold as stainless to be nickel plated brass-or even worse, shit metal (yes, it is a name!). Both fall apart as soon as you try to weld to them.
