SR4 Seam Tape Repair

Had a good day out in the boat today however i am starting to get concerned that a few of my seam tapes on the SR4 are damaged/split and in need of repair.

Is this an easy DIY job and do i need to remove the rubbing strake or can i butt up to it? Also any suggestions where can i buy the seam tape.

Advice really appreciated.
