spark help please

i own a honda 225hp model of 2005 and the manual sujest for spark plug
IZFR6F-11

and i found in the market IZFR6K-11

So the difference is the K instead of F

can someone tells me if i can use these spark? is there a risk to make a damage on my engine?
the dealer here says there is no difference

k 2 ground electrodes and f is for tapered end as it says in that file...
i dont know what that means .. is it ok to use the k instead of f?

Looking at the chart is somewhat confusing, It looks as though the section that is the K or F is a special?

I would pull out one of the plugs and compare it to one of the new ones paying particular attention to the plug seat shape as it may be different.

Also look at the electrodes, sounds like a different design. Not sure if it matters if it has one electrode or two or if it will affect the long term durability of your ignition system.
