Some kind of glue

I am looking for a special kind of glue, as the one they use to build the ribs. You know, the one that glues the hypalon neopren parts together. I was told that the factories use a two componet adhesive and in fact it is impossible for common people like us to have it on board. Do you have anything to suggest?

Rib builders use a glue called Bostik 2402 which comes with an additional hardener. The glue should be available to the public directly from Henshaw Inflatables tel.:0044 (0) 1963 33237.
Also some good chandlers stock it as well.

Having used the Bostick and the Dunlop 2002 version I found the Dunlop one to be better if you have a Dunlop place near then contact them and they will get it for you. I also found that after you let the two surfaces dry you get a better bond if you give then a quick wipe with aceatone. Hope all goes well for you.

Two places are as listed
Polymarine in Conway 01492 583322
Ask for Richard

Or Euro Marine near Preston 01772 622856

Both will supply glue but more improtant tell you how to use it a prepare the material so it stops glued (talking for experience here)
