RIBase
You could try bribing a shopfitters-they usually have the gear to make/shape perspex-either that or try making your own out of thin Lexan.
You can buy it by the sheet. Once it's screwed down it goes rigid and it's very tough. It's flexible enough to form by hand. Watsonian-Squire use it for making sidecar windscreens and could probably supply you a sheet if you wanted.

GED,
Try Tim at Menia Marine Caernarfon. They made me a custom smoke perepex screen for my new console. Excellent service and real nice guys. 100% recomended.

A note of caution...

(I think I've posted this before with Nugent and that he planned to put a stainless grab rail across the top of the screen.)

If you put a nice screen on your rib, make sure that the top (sharp) edge has some padding or say a nice stainless grab rail across the top. It'll make it less bloody and painful should you stuff the rib at some point and driver and front passenger take a header into the screen/console.

Yours safely,

etc etc....................

Nugent, that looks a cracking job, might just inspire me to make one for myself. With regard to the edging how's about this stuff for a nice colour matched finish
motorcycle screen trim
