How about this for a bargain???

Now that to me just stinks scam!

I can just hear it, we will ship it to you for the asking price you just pay up first then if you are not happy with it you can have your money back!!!

The problem is B&O make lots of money from the premium rather phone number so there's not much insentive to remove them.

I emailed them once about one of these ads and they never took it off.

Report it to the watchdog programme, they are always interested in scams, there must be a lot on that site

Ive reported loads to b and o and they do not respond and clearly do not give a damn!! Surely there is a cose of conduct they have to follow?
They also used to have ...report this ad icon which has since gone!!

I go by the remit now on that site of if it's a private ad don't bother unless you go to view in person. If its trade account less risk but still do the checks!

I've emailed them about 3 scams, they removed very quickly. although I sent them links to the ebay add they got the pictures from or proof the "escrow" company was fake. I guess they can't remove it because the price is too good and they promise shipping, not really enough evidence.

I can't be bothered any more, they'll just keep getting put up. I bet B&O can't be bothered either to be fair!

I have reported them in the past and got a very fast response getting them removed, but I do try & keep off the site as it is just too tempting & I have anugth boats as it is!

But at the end of the day it is a good site free for us to use & in general works well as long as you use your head & only hand over your cash once you have seen the boat checked it out to make sure it is what it is & belongs to the person who is trying to sell !

I keep sending them cheques from my Western Union account, even sent a bit extra so they could send me some cash back - not heard anything yet

I keep cashing the western union cheques. I keep telling the buyers to only send enough to cover the purchase as it a pain refunding them the difference each time but they let me keep a little extra for my troubles. I think it gets lost in translation!

I reported it via the 'report this ad' tab (top rhs of ads)
removed within 24 hours and had this reply

"Hello,

Thank you for your email. This is a scam advert.

I have now removed the advert and banned the user.
