Round Ireland Yacht race 2018, Man overboard recounted

Worth a watch for anyone who does long coastal or offshore trips. I do a little of both and a bit of sailing and found the honest account of the incident, the equipment used and the benefits of prep and training, really interesting. I already carry a PLB but the effectiveness of the AIS when the boat has crew or nearby companions was very impressive.
There’s also some good user experience on life jackets, spray hoods and lights. Well worth the 1hour twenty minutes if you’re interested in offshore , long distance or overnight cruising under sail or power. I’m interested to hear what anyone else might find useful.
