RIB VIN questions

Greetings. VIN is YPHRA399C415 I am new so cut me some slack please. I have a RIB that I got for running around at my cabin (Alaska above the Arctic Circle). I got a small hole I want to repair but I don't know what the material is. and if I choose to replace the tubes, what are/where can I get the proper replacement tubes? What i found so far indicates it is a Bombard. Thanks.

Being bombard it's more likely to be PU not Hypalon...but unless the boat was new to you then it could have be retubed at some point.
To test your fabric you can do a scratch test with a little sandpaper. Find a small area out of sight and do a light sand...if you get a little dust when you sand then you have Hypalon...no dust then PU /pvc. Hypalon will be black on the inside of the tubes PU will be same as the outside colour. Hope this helps.
If the fabric is PU make sure you wipe area with Acetone before you start glueing and make sure you do it indoors in the warm or on a sunny day...good luck.
