Prop diameter, horsepower, length of RIB or even type of craft do not determine top speed. This is a function of pitch, prop slip and propeller rpm (engine rpm x gearbox ratio).

So if you know what engine and pitch, you can lookup the max rpm and gearbox ratio, can approximate the slip and estimate with a large degree of probability what the top end is provided its not over-propped and can pull max rpm.

There’s a massive thread on speeds of 6m boats. You can’t compare 4.5m to 6m boats.

To be honest it’s too wide a question to answer to give real info there are many boats in that range if you have a boat in mind you’ll have more chance of realistic performance OMO
