Rib Cleaning!

Hi,

If anyone needs a rib cleaned please consider me. I work in a chandlery and have lots of boat cleaning and antifouling experience. I am young and reliable. I live between Portsmouth and Southampton and can drive. I am wanting to do this on the weekends as I am saving up for a rib of my own! Please contact me if you have anything,

Best Regards

E-Mail tim@evolutionmarine.co.uk. He has links with a few valeting and maintenance companies, and is pretty good to work for.

Driving is a bonus, as is a willingness to be flexible with notice and hours.

(Now, where's that beer I'm owed..?)

Rib Cleaning

Morning guys,

Allways good to promote people who give good service etc. Matt cleaned our hull yesterday and sent me before and after photos of his work.

All I can say its its amazing, the hull looks like new again after he polished it. We had quite bad staines on the hull including yellow water lines etc, all that has gone.

If you need your boat cleaned, Matt is your man.

Cheers

Julian

good on you and lucky escape from fire on board

I'm with the others good on you for doing this, just spent the weekend trying to clean mine with 2 kids in tow that just looking the hose and getting themself wet, so roll on the next time it needs a good clean.

You any good with rib revive , getting slightly faded tubes was going to look at doing it myself ? Any idea on cost for doing a 6m rib in chichester harbour ?

hi to one and all on ribnet,

Must tell everyone about my small electrical fire on board with last week when I decided to have a little bit of me time on my rib on my birthday closely followed by large amounts of smoke , melted wires, VHF gone , GPS down, even radio 4 had cease to work, solied pants and lucky No big bang ,engine still worked lucky,

I bloody aged that day when I got back in to the marina under my own steam, something kicked in when I was out there , little bit of training, a surprising level calm head ( first time in my life) just glad I didn't have the wife and kids with me,

oh and it was friday the 13th..... but as It was my birthday and I was born on friday the 13th I guess I am fairly lucky

Matt - checked your site - added to favourites. One suggestion- put Julians before & after pics on it to show you are good ?

Also interested to see if you can 'recover' some fading for me.
