Restricted space - flexible tank?

All

I'm looking for some advice on a 2nd fuel tank for the zodiac.

Under the seat I have the Suzuki 23l plastic tank. It works fine but can't be filled in situ so if I need any more than 23l I have remove to fill from cans or carry a second tank that sits on the deck - in the way.

I have a small seat on the back with a space underneath measuring 29cm wide, 15cm high and 56cm long.

Does any one know of a fuel tank that will fit in this shape or will I need to source a flexible one - if so any suggestions please as to good / bad ones as the only one's I've ever used are the Avon ones that run along the tube.

I've a 25l Quicksilver tank, a metal 25l and a 30l Lalizas tank. All of which are too large to fit and will happily sell / swap as they will soon be surplus to my needs.

The other option we've thought of is a bespoke Ali tank - again any one I should be talking to to have one made or is this going to work out silly money?

I've emailed Tek Tanks but no response, will try and ring them. Will try Covertex too.

you won't get custom made plastic tanks from Tek - they say the plastic tanks are only suitable for Diesel.

I think the space is crying out for a flexible one or a mtm ally. I know the ally is around £350 which is a bit excessive for a second tank - so she tells me!

I can always carry a spare plastic on the deck but wanted to use this space as it keeps the deck clear and allows a second tank for redundancy and reserve.

Would one of the Avon tube ones work bent around the shape or will the kink stop it working do you all think?
