Removing Teleflex steering cable???

Guys,

Can anybody please tell me the secret to removing the Teleflex cable from the helm unit, I remember trying to do it before and there being a secret but I cant bloody remember! I have undone the two bolts that clamp the cable but just cant get the whole cable to come out!

Any help much appreciated!
